an institution for over 50 years

This address, straddling the line between a gourmet bistro and traditional restaurant, is an institution, having been established in 1946. Since then, it has been the gourmet refuge for some celebrities like Michel Serrault, Claude Chabrol, and the painter Marc Aymé. After working as a jockey at the highest level for thirty years,Eric Saint Martin has recently taken over the reins of the gourmet bistro in partnership with the chef, William Jourdain.
