Since then, it has been the gourmet refuge for some celebrities like Michel Serrault, Claude Chabrol, and the painter Marc Aymé. After working as a jockey at the highest level for thirty years,Eric Saint Martin has recently taken over the reins of the gourmet bistro in partnership with the chef, William Jourdain.
